The 10th Monthly Meeting was held on 2nd April 2003 and the main speaker was H.E. Dr. Jassim Abdulla Al Mannai, Board Chairman and Director General of the Arab Monetary Fund. He spoke about the implications of the Arab states in general and the Gulf States in particular.
