The 8th Monthly Meeting was held on 15th January 2003 when the main speaker was H.E. Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of the General Organization for Youth and Sport who spoke about the implications of the formula 1 Project on the national Economy.
He was followed by H.E. Dr. Mohammed bin Jassim Al Ghatam who spoke about the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority.
