the fifth meeting was held on 8.9.2002 during which Mr. Jawad Habib briefed the audience about the Activities of the Bureaucratic Obstacles Committee. Then, Mr. Salman Abbasi delivered a keynote speech which dealt with the present and future of the Kingdom of Bahrain as a financial and banking center.
