a) BBMA seized the opportunity of holding the 7th Forum of the Arab Business Society in Bahrain and influx of Arab delegations from various Arab countries to host a number of Iraqi businessmen for holding a seminar about the reconstruction of Iraq on the sidelines of the Forum.

The significant support received by BBMA from the Kingdom’s authorities played a significant role towards the seminar’s success.

b) The seminar culminated in signing the first memorandum of understanding between BBMA and Iraq Businessmen’s Association that provides for the setting up of a joint investment company aimed at establishing joint projects between Bahrain & Iraq in addition to following up what Bahrain businessmen can contribute to the reconstruction of Iraq.
