BBMA welcomed a high-level Egyptian delegation headed by Mr. Jamal Al Nazir, Chairman of Egypt Businessmen’s Association during the period from 10th -12th December 2005.

BBMA arranged a busy schedule for the Egyptian delegation that included meeting and field visits. The delegation met with H.E. Rasheed Al Miraj, Governor of the Bahrain Monetary Agency and Dr. Fareed Al Mulla, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait.

An open meeting was also held with BBMA members followed by a luncheon hosted by BBMA. The delegation visited the Economic Development Board, Bahrain Financial Harbour and Durrat Al Bahrain project. A luncheon was hosted for the delegation by H.E. Shaikh Humoud bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital.

The Egyptian Ambassador H.E. Azim Khalifa invited held a luncheon for the delegation at his residence.
