The chairman of BBMA Mr. Khalid Abdul Rahman Almoayed met with a high level Jordanian delegation headed by Dr. Mahmood Abu Homoor (former Minister), chairman of Jordan’s privatization Executive authority in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

A number of projects which are under the way for privatization in Jordan have been discussed and he wished that Bahrain investors will have a role to play in this opportunity and he confirmed the viability of such investment especially within the joint trade agreement between the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the United States of America which contributed to the success of several Jordanian investment.

Also views were exchanged with regard to joint investment opportunities between both countries and the problems that obstruct the achievement of the cooperative objectives and the means that contribute to solving the issues that hinder the development of investment between both countries. BBMA Chairman presented a commemorative plaque to the head of the delegation on the occasion of his visit to Bahrain. The meeting was attended by Mr. Ayman Erekat, Executive Authority’s Advisor, Mr. Salem Ghawi and Mr. Usama Maeen.
